Who we are

SNOWBROS is an independent engineering studio founded and run by Ved Chauhan, based in Patan, Gujarat, India. We are responsible for the personal data collected through snowbros.me.

What we collect

Only what you type into the brief form: your name, your company (optional), what you need, your timeline, your email address and your message.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and builds no profiles. We do not buy or sell personal data.

Services that handle it

• Resend delivers your brief to our inbox and sends you one confirmation email. Their servers process the message to deliver it.
• Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes standard request data, such as your IP address and browser, to serve pages and keep the service secure.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses (Archivo and Geist), so your browser contacts Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.
• Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail sent to hello@snowbros.me, and Gmail holds briefs and email once they reach our inbox.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Our product sites (for example nova.snowbros.me and swiftdrop.snowbros.me), the founder's portfolio and our GitHub repositories are covered by their own notices.

How we use it

To reply to your brief and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep a brief for as long as we need it to respond or to deliver and support an engagement, and for any record-keeping the law requires. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where they apply to you, under the EU and UK GDPR. Email hello@snowbros.me and we will reply within 30 days.

Terms of use

This site is here to show our work. You may browse it, share it and link to it. Please do not try to disrupt it or break into it.

The SNOWBROS name, logo, writing and original artwork on this site are ours. Our open-source projects are licensed under their own licences, stated in each repository. Client products shown here belong to their owners.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee either. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
